Our History

The same philosophy from more then 150 years.

Since the second half of the 1800s , our great-grandfather Constantino (“Tantin” in Piedmont dialect) originally cultivated the land and made the wine which we continue to do to this day: the philosophy has remained the same for more than 140 years. Having a small production to ensure a high quality has always been the goal of our family throughout four generations.

Every number, A tale.

From 2015, we numbered by hand all bottles to emphasise the craftsmanship, the care and the passion that we have for our products.

The grapes are selected bunch by bunch

Hand-picked by our family and carefully placed in little red boxes, ensuring the grapes will not be squashed by overweight before arriving in the cellar which would compromise their quality. The soft pressing is carried out with the wooden press so as not to squeeze the grapes excessively, avoiding the passage of phenolic substances from the skin to the pulp, thus protecting both the organoleptic appearance of the wine and its stability over time.
