DESCRIPTION: Typical Italian Aromatic Wine, born in Piedmont in 1786 in a shop in Turin thanks to Antonio Benedetto Carpano. Since then, many wineries carried on the tradition, each with its own recipe and its own interpretation. It is recognized as an Italian traditional agri-food product.
HOW IT’S DONE: Herbs, roots, leaves and spices are carefully measured for extraction in alcohol: our recipe is secret, but among the main aromas we remember: Common Wormwood, Pontico Wormwood, Coriander seeds, Laurel leaves, Chamomile flowers, Cinnamon , Ginger root, etc. The extracts thus obtained are combined with our organic white wine from Arneis grapes and finally, with brown sugarl, which gives the wine, in addition to the classic amber color, a pleasant taste full of intoxicating hints.
HOW TO DRINK IT: Drink it cold, smooth or with ice cubes, or if you prefer with a mint leaf or an orange slice. Vermouth is a key ingredient for many cocktails such as Negroni, Americano and Manhattan. Ideal as an aperitif, with aged cheeses, sweets or simply as a meditation wine.
