IN CELLAR: No use of chemicals. Destemming and soft pressing of grapes with wooden press.
FERMENTATION AND MACERATION: made in conical trunk wooden tank and through various pumping overs.
WINEMAKING AND REFINING TIME: After completing the fermentation (8-10 days), the wine is separated from the skins. It’s stay 6 months in big oak barrel, bottling and 1 years in bottle before being sold.
DESCRIPTION: ruby red, complex, herbaceous with hints of berries, musk and tobacco. Surprising structure and body. Suitable for aging.
